DATA READINESS · SECURITY & HANDLING · POWERED BY JFIS LOGIC™

Start With Existing Fleet Data. No System Access Required to Begin.

FleetID works above your current systems. Upload structured fleet exports and JFIS Logic™ reviews repair, downtime, vendor, asset, utilization, and spreadsheet data to produce executive Fleet Financial Intelligence.

FleetID can start with exports and reports. Direct integrations are optional and can be reviewed after the diagnostic path is validated.

Clear Data Boundaries

What FleetID Needs — and What It Does Not Need

The first step is intentionally simple: provide structured fleet data that helps identify downtime cost, repair exposure, vendor risk, asset utilization, and replacement risk.

Useful Data to Provide

  • Repair and maintenance history: work orders, cost, dates, repair categories, repeat repairs.
  • Downtime records: date out, date returned, reason, unit, department, vendor, duration.
  • Vendor data: vendor name, turnaround time, invoice records, repeat work, cost trends.
  • Asset registry: unit ID, age, mileage, department, class, status, assignment.
  • Utilization data: mileage, activity, idle units, underused assets, availability.
  • Accident and risk data: incident date, repair cost, downtime impact, unit involved.

Data FleetID Does Not Need to Begin

  • No passwords or credentials. Do not send login credentials or system passwords.
  • No full system access required. FleetID can start with exports before any integration discussion.
  • No unrelated personal records. Limit uploads to fleet operational data needed for the diagnostic.
  • No unnecessary PHI or sensitive data. Healthcare and government fleets should remove non-required protected or personal information unless a written agreement requires otherwise.
  • No rip-and-replace. Keep your existing systems and workflows in place.

Accepted Data Sources

Start With the Data Format You Already Have

FleetID can start with exports from telematics platforms, maintenance systems, ERP reports, vendor files, spreadsheets, and internal fleet workbooks.

CSV Files

Structured exports from fleet, maintenance, telematics, vendor, or finance systems.

Excel Workbooks

Fleet registers, repair logs, uptime reports, scorecards, and department workbooks.

PDF / Vendor Reports

Invoices, vendor summaries, repair reports, inspection summaries, and operational reports.

System Exports

Exports from Samsara, Geotab, Fleetio, Motive, Verizon Connect, RTA, ERP systems, or spreadsheets.

JFIS Logic™ Review Layer

JFIS Logic™ Reviews Fleet Data for Executive Financial Exposure

FleetID does not simply display raw fleet activity. JFIS Logic™ reasons through your existing data to identify what leadership needs to see: downtime exposure, repair leakage, vendor delays, underused assets, replacement pressure, and board-ready risk.

The result is not another operational dashboard. The result is Fleet Financial Intelligence designed for CFOs, COOs, fleet leaders, and executive teams.

No Rip-and-Replace Required

FleetID works above your existing fleet systems, not as a replacement. You keep using Samsara, Geotab, Fleetio, Verizon Connect, Motive, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and your current tools.

FleetID converts the operational data those systems already capture into Fleet Financial Intelligence—a financial view of downtime exposure, repair spend leakage, vendor risk, asset utilization gaps, accident exposure, replacement risk, margin impact, and board-ready takeaways.

Keep your existing systems. Add FleetID and JFIS Logic™ on top.

What FleetID Looks for in the Diagnostic

The Fleet Financial Exposure Diagnostic transforms structured fleet data into executive financial intelligence:

  • Downtime & Availability Impact

Converts downtime logs into financial exposure, showing how vehicle unavailability may be affecting operations and costs.

  • Repair Spend Leakage

Identifies repair cost patterns, repeated repairs, high-cost vehicles, and maintenance spend escalation.

  • Vendor Performance & Risk

Analyzes vendor repair data, turnaround time, repeat repairs, and cost accountability.

  • Asset Utilization Gaps

Identifies underused, overused, idle, or financially inefficient assets.

  • Accident Cost Exposure

Connects accident and safety records to repair impact, downtime, and operational risk.

  • Replacement Risk & Margin Impact

Analyzes which vehicles may be becoming too costly to maintain and where replacement planning may be needed.
